1. Final Order Value and Pricing Disclaimer

  • The final order value will be confirmed only after the invoice is generated.
  • In some cases, the MRP displayed on the website may differ from the actual MRP at the time of invoicing due to packaging updates, supplier changes, or market fluctuations.
  • If the MRP changes, the same discount structure as shown during order placement will be applied to the updated MRP.
  • The customer will be informed in case of any major price difference before delivery, and invoicing will be done accordingly and transparently.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and NEFT.

6. Delivery

  • Orders will be delivered within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified accordingly.

7. Return, Replacement, and Refund

  • No returns are accepted for fresh goods.
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 72 hours for replacement or wallet credit.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the customer’s Bengals Bigbazar wallet, and can be used 100% on the next purchase.
