1. Return Policy

  • No Return on Fresh Goods:
    Due to the perishable nature of fresh items, we do not accept returns on any fresh goods once delivered.
  • Return on Damaged Products:
    If a product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, we will accept a return request.
  • The damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of damage (photos or videos) may be requested for verification.

2. Replacement Policy

  • If a product is damaged, we offer a replacement for the same item, subject to availability.
  • Replacement requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product.
  • If the item is out of stock or not replaceable, we will proceed with a wallet refund.

3. Refund Policy

In case a refund is approved:

  • The refund amount will be credited to your Bengals Bigbazar wallet.
  • Wallet balance can be used 100% in your next order.
  • No cash or bank refunds will be processed unless explicitly stated.
